Back to the 80’s! Milan returns to the disco years with a truly unmissable winter experience. At that time roller-skating rinks were all the rage, which turned into real discos towards the evening, where people danced with skates on their feet to the hits of the moment. A trend back in vogue today, thanks to the fourth season of Stranger Things and that wave of nostalgia that is sweeping fashion, music and even the way of physical activity.
Ice Disco: tickets, prices and other information
At the Unipol Forum in Milan, one of the most beloved winter activities is back, for adults and youngsters alike: the Ice Disco. Amid colored lights and pop-disco music, skaters will be able to go wild on the ice rink every Friday and Saturday, from 9:30 pm until 1:30 am. To participate, all you need to do is buy your ticket on the WELLTEAM app (free for iOS and Android) and follow the steps to register. The full ticket costs €10 on Friday night and €12 on Saturday night, while entry as a companion costs €6. The ticket price includes skate rental.

Other winter activities to do in and around Milan
Milan is beautiful always, but at Christmas time it becomes even more magical. Among the initiatives not to be missed in December are the Village of Wonders in Porta Venezia, where you can ride Santa’s sleigh or meet the Grinch; the lighting of the tree in the Duomo, scheduled for Dec. 6 at 5 p.m.; Santa’s Grotto, located less than an hour from Milan; and the Christmas concert by the light of thousands of candles, scheduled for Dec. 19 and 21 at the San Fedele Auditorium.
