How many of you have dreamed through the streets of New York City following the vicissitudes of Carrie Bradshaw with her inseparable friends, Charlotte, Miranda and Samantha. Carrie, a fashion lover with a unique and inc0nfoundable style, a viveuse lover of beautiful things, chic clubs, fashion and shoes, especially those of the well-known British designer Manolo Blahnik who will soon open his first boutique in Milan.
Glamorous, bold and classy Manolos fully represent the femininity of women. Simple, clean lines, classic colors ( such as black, white, and nude), and a high but possible heel make them versatile and therefore suitable for any outfit, from jeans and a T-shirt to a skirt suit. Like the Mary Jane Campari, Blahnik’s iconic shoe introduced in 1994, black, comfortable. Wearable heel, strap, stylish and perfect for any occasion. Still a coveted model. The series helped make already world-famous shoes even more desired and coveted. As Carrie says in the series, “I’m obsessed with Manolo Blahnik.” And so are we all.
Manolo Blahnik in Milan
And it is in Milan in the heart of the Quadrilateral that Manolo Blahnik will open its boutique, on Via Verri.
The brand with its first collection created in 1972, is still functioning very well: despite the difficulties faced by the luxury market in the post-pandemic period, Manolo Blahnik has been able to demonstrate a strong ability to adapt, closing what was its second best year ever.
And now it is preparing to open in Milan. This move aims to strengthen the brand’s presence in key markets.
