Wizards and witches of Milan, it’s time to go back to Hogwarts! The interactive Harry Potter exhibition has arrived in Portanuova, where you can relive the best moments from the movie, admire real costumes and walk through the iconic rooms of the most magical school ever. This exhibition in the heart of the city brings together an incredible collection of authentic props from the film and catapults participants into the world of the little wizard, including games and quizzes.
Harry Potter “The Exhibition”
“The Harry Potter Exhibition” consists of about 20 themed rooms, from the Privet Drive basement to the Chamber of Secrets. Upon entering you will be catapulted to King’s Cross where your adventure to the Wizarding World, away from the Muggles, will begin. Here, you will be able to take the iconic photo at Platform 9 and 3/4 capturing the exact moment when your magical experience will begin.
Second stop of course at Hogwarts. The script captures all the details of the castle, which in the middle in the exhibit is divided into four doors, each dedicated to a house. On the Slytherin side, attendees will be able to see the official uniforms worn by Draco Malfoy and Bellatrix Lastrange’s unforgettable dress; on the Gryffindor side, on the other hand, you will be able to find plenty of props and costumes used on the set by the Golden Trio, but beware! To pass you will have to say the password to the Fat Lady’s painting.
Not only props, at the “Harry Potter Exhibition” there will be interactive panels all along the way, where you can review iconic scenes from the films, scrounge up trivia about wands, play Quidditch, and take part in a potions or herbology class. The exhibit aims to actively engage participants by offering activities that make the experience unique and personalized, such as the initial choice of your house… Are you a Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw?
