Ah, love! Walking through Brera hand in hand, treating yourself to a romantic dinner along the Navigli, or kissing on a bench in Sempione Park: these are simple gestures that should be within everyone’s reach. To love and be loved is a universal right and should never be a reason for discrimination. Yet, even today, those who choose to live their love freely may find themselves facing judgment, exclusion, and violence.
Pride exists precisely to reaffirm that every kind of love deserves respect and protection: a grand celebration of music, colors, and pride, but also a time for commitment and awareness of the history and struggles of the LGBTQIA+ community. From dazzling parties to cultural events, here are all the must-see events of Milan Pride 2026, so we can celebrate love in all its forms together.
“Bodies in Revolt” is the theme and motto chosen for the 2026 edition of Milan Pride, evoking the idea that the bodies of LGBTQIA+ people (and all marginalized groups) are both targets of discrimination and powerful instruments of political resistance. This expression, at the heart of Pride’s political manifesto, speaks to bodies that no longer accept violence, exclusion, supremacist ideologies, and attacks on rights —and that choose to speak out, demonstrate, and organize collectively to change the status quo.
Milan Pride Parade 2026
As it does every year, in 2026 the streets of Milan will once again be filled with color for the grand Pride parade. The procession will gather on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. on Via Vittorio Pisani, right in front of the Central Station, before officially kicking off the event at 4:00 p.m., setting off from Piazza Repubblica along Viale Liberazione. The parade will reach the Arco della Pace around 6:30 p.m., where a grand closing event and a party open to everyone will take place, set to continue until 1:00 a.m.
