A star has been born in the UK, and her name is Olivia Dean. Born in 1999, the British singer found success in 2025 with her album *The Art of Loving*. A graduate of the BRIT School—the same school as Adele and Amy Winehouse, to be clear—Olivia Dean has topped the global charts with hits like “Man I Need” and “So Easy (To Fall In Love),” which led her to win her first Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2026.
Her style blends soul, neo-soul, and pop, while her unique voice has quickly established her as one of the most prominent artists in contemporary British music. Great success brings big stages: with numerous dates selling out in no time, especially in the UK, Olivia Dean also made a stop in Milan.
Olivia Dean: unforgettable stage presence and style
Olivia Dean’s concert took place on Friday, May 22, 2026, in Rho (MI), at Fiera Milano Live. It was a true celebration, with an unofficial dress code featuring polka-dot outfits, midi dresses and skirts, and ballet flats in every color. An elegant and polished live performance, perfectly in line with the British singer’s style. Olivia Dean takes the stage as if she’s been doing it for over thirty years: completely at ease, she enjoys dancing, singing, and, at times, interacting with the audience, who in the meantime sing every chorus at the top of their lungs.
An impeccable stage presence, made even more memorable by the outfits she wore, which captivated the audience both during the concert and online. During the show—her only stop in Italy—Olivia Dean sported two custom looks by ETRO. The first was a tulle slip dress, entirely embroidered with metallic sequins that create an interweaving of multicolored paisley patterns. Completing the design was a hem trimmed with ostrich feathers.
The second look is a halter-neck mini dress, entirely embroidered with glass baguettes that recreate the iconic pattern from the SS26 runway show. From the waist down, long fringes—also made of glass baguettes—cascade, echoing and amplifying the same graphic motif.
