Milan has always been an international city, but with the Olympics, the effect has tripled. Athletes and fans bring a piece of their country to the city, some on the ski slopes and others in the neighborhoods. To celebrate this multiculturalism even more and allow the Milanese to enjoy it too, various houses and pop-ups have sprung up where you can follow the athletes and learn about the culture of a particular nationality, buy merchandise, and also taste local products.
In recent weeks, many of us have been busy visiting the various pop-ups and national houses. Korea House and China House are certainly among the favorites, and of course Casa Italia, the most popular of all, where we can celebrate the victories of our athletes. However, there is one place that is not really a house, but fully represents its country with one of its most beloved products: beer.
Until February 22, in the Sempione area, anyone who wants to can party and drink a good Belgian beer at the Lotto Belgium Pub, as well as follow the Olympic competitions. Inside this typical Belgian pub, you will also find typical delicacies from the country and, only on special evenings such as February 20 and 21, there will be amazing DJ sets . The pub is small, with a maximum capacity of about 130 people. For this reason, we recommend booking during the week. On weekends, however, the pub does not accept reservations.
