Titanic: An Immersive Voyage, in Milan, allows visitors to discover more than 300 artifacts from the company that created the ocean liner and more… With reconstructed parts of the ship, immersive storytelling, VR experiences and more, you’ll feel like you’re sailing into the past.
Everyone knows the tragic story of Titanic, but most of us probably got our information about the incident from James Cameron’s 1997 film Titanic. Although the famous Canadian director went to great lengths to accurately portray life aboard the ship and the sinking, countless discoveries have been made since the film’s year of release.
Titanic: An Immersive Voyage immerses visitors in everything known about the ship, including its creation, departure, life aboard, the voyage itself, the steam engine that powered the liner, the boiler room, and more. As for the sinking, the exhibit breaks down the event into flooding, sinking and aftermath, with a moving memorial of the lives lost near the end.
You’ll also be able to don VR goggles to travel beneath the waves to the ocean floor and see the Titanic’s wreckage in person.
Titanic : An ImmersiveVoyage is an experience suitable for all ages, lasting between 60 and 90 minutes.
