From Spritz lovers to the curious in search of the most sought-after novelties, here’s everything you need to know about the event foodies are most eagerly awaiting.
A village of taste in the heart of Milan

The beating heart of the event will be the World Aperitivo Village. More than just a trade show, it will be a true sensory journey divided into different themed areas, designed to guide the public in discovering the flavors and trends of the moment. Each stand will offer a unique experience: from the great classics of Italian mixology to the most innovative creations, made with exotic ingredients, original infusions, and sophisticated fermentation techniques.
for its fourth edition (May 15–17, 2026),the Aperitivo Festival is relocating and has chosen the Milano Certosa District as its new “home.”
The new home: the Milano Certosa District
This year, the event changes locations, leaving the city’s more traditional districts to settle in the Milano Certosa District, in the northwest of Milan. For three days, the neighborhood will transform into a vibrant, widespread creative and gastronomic hub, with its headquarters housed in the Botti di Certosa spaces. The location, with its industrial and contemporary character, will be the ideal setting for a rich program of events, including gourmet experiences and entertainment.
. This industrial and innovative venue will provide the perfect setting for:
- Over 15 tasting stations dedicated to food & beverage pairings.
- Over 20 immersive experiences, including guided tastings and masterclasses.
- Relaxation areas and DJ sets will liven up the evenings from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
More than just tastings: the value of the ticket
The festival’s format is designed to offer a complete experience centered on conviviality. The admission ticket, in fact, is not just a simple pass, but a true key to the world of World Aperitivo Day.
The ticket— generally costing around 30 euros —includes a tasting tour with several tokens to use at the festival stands. Visitors will thus be able to sample the signature pairings created by chefs and bartenders from partner brands, exploring creative combinations and new trends in taste. A concept designed for those who want to experience the aperitif as a journey through different flavors, without having to limit themselves to a single venue or a single culinary offering.

How to get there and when to go
The Milano Certosa District is easily accessible, marking a new landmark on the map of Milan’s nightlife:
- Dates: Friday, May 15 through Sunday, May 17, 2026.
- Location: Botti di Certosa (Via Varesina / Via Polidoro da Caravaggio area).
- Public transportation: The district is served by the Passante Ferroviario (Milan Certosa station) and tram lines 1 and 12.
