The Core
One of the most exclusive clubs in the world that was supposed to open in the city just before 2020 but with the pandemic work has slowed down, perhaps it will open this year in downtown Milan on Corso Matteotti. A five-story building with a theater, a bookstore, an anti-aging spa, an exclusive restaurant bar with a terrace, a gym, a patisserie, and then suites. On the website we read that Core is committed to creating a global community of people who are curious, stimulated by cultural exploration, dedicated to collective engagement, inspired by new perspectives, devoted to supporting philanthropic causes and determined to enjoy life without compromise.
Behind the founding of the club are the couple Jennie and Dangene Enterprise, who have created one of the most elite and sought-after locations in the world, think membership here goes up to 10,000k to which must be added.

Soho House
Another well-known club with a presence in several cities around the world is Soho House. The said club was supposed to have already opened its doors here in town but like The Core has suffered a setback due to Covid. Work on the opening is progressing and it will rise a stone’s throw from Piazza San Babila, in the former Cinema Arti building.Like Aethos, Soho House also looks like a club-hotel. It will be six stories, have a swimming pool, a rooftop, a courtyard, a gymnasium, many member spaces and more than 50 bedrooms. It will be an inspiring, convivial and creative place to be inspired and to spend enjoyable time in the company of equally enthusiastic people. This is kind of the mood with which the House concept was born in Soho(London) in 1995, a very vibrant and exciting neighborhood populated by creative people.
The rates for Soho House Milan are not yet clear, but looking at the prices in Rome gives us an idea: the membership fee is 525 euros. One can choose to do either a monthly membership of 170 euros or the annual of 2050.
