The streets of Milan come alive with magic on January 6, 2026, as they do every year, when the Three Kings’ procession brings back one of the city’s most beloved traditions. On Epiphany Day, from 11 a.m., Piazza Duomo is filled with color and music: the three Kings, accompanied by a festive Civic Band and figures in period costume, embark on an enchanted journey re-enacting the Magi’s journey to the basilica of Sant’Eustorgio. Here, following an eight-pointed star, they offer their gifts to the Holy Family, evoking an ancient devotion rooted in the 4th century.
