Going to the movies in the evening is always a pleasure. Going out to dinner is equally so. But what about combining both in one evening? As the commercial used to say? Two is megl’ than one! Why not think about going to dinner, but instead of a restaurant, to the movies? What a perfect combination.
In Milan, you can. And where? At the Palazzo del Cinema Anteo in Piazza XXV Aprile. This multiplex, one of the most famous in the city, allows those who wish to do so to combine an excellent dinner with watching a film inside a room specially structured for this purpose, the Sala Nobel. Equipped with comfortable armchairs and side tables, the Nobel Room is perfect for those who want to enjoy a good meal in front of a mega screen while watching a good movie.
One does not enjoy such service at home either. Then if dinner is provided by MIRO: the Osteria del Cinema Anteo that is incorporated inside the building even better.
What the dinner at the cinema provides

MIRO offers seasonal menus (which always include a vegetarian option), wines and drinks. In September, the Saturday and Sunday lunch formula will also resume regularly.
Imagine being able to watch the movie you long for happily seated with a good hot dish and a glass of wine in front of you. Can happiness have a better image? But how does it work?
First of all, you have to make a reservation as if you were going to the cinema normally on the Anteo website. Dinner is scheduled every evening from Tuesday to Sunday. But beware. On weekends and holidays you can also choose a movie lunch or aperitif option. Absolutely brilliant. The cinema dinner menu is really tasty. 43 euros: evening show + dinner (choice of two 4-course tasting menus + choice of a drink from the menu, 25 euros: Friday through Sunday: pre-evening show + aperitif (choice of two small tasting options + choice of a drink from the menu, 30 euros if you want to have lunch at the cinema. The price includes meal and ticket.
Cute idea, no? Whether it’s a gift, an event to celebrate or an evening with friends, it’s perfect. And the Nobel Room can also be booked exclusively by contacting the cinema directly here. What are you waiting for?
