Every year Costanza organizes Lavandissima: the most fragrant, colorful, joyful event of the summer.
From Costanza’s words that you can find here shines through all the love she has for her land, for her farmstead dating back to the distant 1940s, where an entire generation has worked, sweated, toiled, cried and rejoiced. It is an up and down, straddling two centuries that Costanza carries on with just as much work but a beautiful smile on her face and the same love of the women who have passed through: her great-grandmother Carolina, great-aunt Aida and Costanza herself. As well as the equally fundamental men of the family.

Lavender in bloom, music and flavors: all set for Lavandissima at Cascina Costanza
From June 20 to 22, 2025, the Cascina Costanza farmhouse in the hills of Godiasco Salice Terme (PV), will host the new edition of “Lavandissima,” the festival dedicated to lavender that transforms the fields into a fragrant purple sea.
The event takes place in the late afternoon and evening, with no reservation required: just show up and enjoy the atmosphere. Visitors can stroll among the lavender rows, participate in tastings of local products and listen to live music.
While waiting for the big event a few days earlier, on June 15 Cascina Costanza is organizing a Fuori Lavandissima, let’s say, a side event: Eyes Closed with Federica Giglio, beekeeper and actress, and Ave Quasàr, an ambient electronic duo. An event that aims to divulge about the world of bees through the senses, deep listening and music. Immersed in nature, the event promises to give you a special sensory experience.
