Milan is preparing to host an unprecedented gastronomic innovation: on October 30, Sushi King, the city’s largest all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, opens.
With an area of 5,000 m² and 500 seats, the restaurant promises to revolutionize the concept of Japanese dining in Milan, combining the quantity typical of AYCE restaurants with the quality of gourmet Japanese cuisine.
Sushi King: an ambitious project
Sushi King is the result of the efforts of brothers Ging and Matteo Li, young second-generation entrepreneurs who decided to invest more than one million euros in this project. The goal is to offer a unique dining experience, where the speed and quantity of all-you-can-eat meets the sophistication of Japanese cuisine.
The restaurant will be built in a 5,000 m² former warehouse located at 22 Via Pindaro, in Milan’s Adriano district. This spacious and modern space has been transformed to provide an elegant and welcoming environment that can accommodate up to 500 diners.
In Milan, a Japanese menu that combines tradition and innovation
Sushi King’s menu will be a mix of Japanese classics and more innovative offerings.
Alongside traditional nigiri, uramaki and sashimi, customers will be able to enjoy hot dishes such as miso soups and tempura. In addition, special attention will be paid to contemporary cuisine, with gourmet variations that will include ingredients such as truffles and Japanese mayonnaise.
Another highlight will be the sake offerings: a selection of Japanese rice wines will be recommended by waiters to pair with dishes, to best enhance the flavors of Japanese cuisine.
Why all-you-can-eat appeals so much to the Milanese

The all you can eat model has been a huge success in Milan, thanks to its convenient formula and the variety on offer.
However, many restaurants have focused more on quantity than quality. Sushi King aims to reverse this trend, offering an experience that combines the best of both worlds: a wide selection of dishes and high gastronomic quality.
The significant investment and attention to detail are signs of an ambitious project, destined to become a landmark for Japanese cuisine lovers in the city.
