One of Italy’s biggest music events and one of Milan’s most spectacular concerts of 2026, the free Radio Italia concert returns this weekend. The event, organized in collaboration with the City of Milan, will take place this Friday, May 15, 2026, in Piazza Duomo. Right in front of the enormous cathedral, the city’s symbol, a stage will be set up to host big names in Italian music, from Giorgia to Gigi d’Alessio. A second date for the Radio Italia concert will then be held at the Foro Italico in Palermo on June 28, 2026.
Which artists will be performing at the Radio Italia 2026 concert in Milan?
The 2026 edition sees the return to Piazza Duomo of contemporary icons of Italian music. Getting the thousands of people expected in the square dancing will be:

Hosting the mega-concert will be some of Radio Italia’s most iconic voices, including Giuditta Arecco, Daniela Cappelletti, Marco Falivelli, Francesca Leto, Mauro Marino, Enzo Miccio, Paoletta, and Emiliano Picardi.

Tickets and live streams: all the information
For this edition, tens of thousands of people are expected in the famous Milanese square. Free tickets sold out completely within two hours, but you can watch the concert live on Radio Italia solomusicaitaliana and on Radio Italia TV ( channels 70 and 570 DTT, 725 Sky, 35 TivùSat, as well as via satellite on Hot Bird 13° East and, in Switzerland, on Video Italia HD).
It will also be available via audio and video streaming on radioitalia.it, live on Radio Italia’s YouTube channel, through the official apps (iOS, Android, Huawei), and on Echo devices. Sayf’s special “Radio Italia Trend x Spotify” performance will be available as a video on Spotify, the Official Streaming Partner.
The concert will begin around 8:40 p.m., although access to the square will no longer be permitted starting at 6:30 p.m., even for those with credentials.

Transportation: schedules, closures, and detours
ATM has announced that for the occasion, metro lines M1 and M3 will remain in service until approximately 1:10 a.m. Line M4 will also remain open until late at night. The Duomo station will be closed from 12:00 p.m. until the end of service, while Cordusio will also close at 7:00 p. m. To reach the square, we recommend getting off at the San Babila, Cairoli, Montenapoleone, or Missori stops. Finally, trams 3, 14, and 15 will also be rerouted starting at 12:00 p. m.
