Around vegan cuisine there is still much to explore and much fear. We often think of tasteless, insulting cuisine and therefore many times rejected even before trying it. But around this diet there is much research by chefs and others to create quality products from ingredients totally vegetables, good and tasty. We thought we would compile a list of vegan bakeries in Milan where you can find sweet treats that do not involve animal protein.
Vegan pastries are perhaps the most opposed. For most of us, Italians especially, a cake without butter or eggs cannot exist, but there are scores of recipes that prove otherwise. They are also good. Let’s see where to go to taste something different from the usual:
Table Of Contents
Tidbits
Among the vegan bakeries in Milan, we select Leccornie. Here you will find not only a wide range of pampering desserts, including sachers, tarts and other cakes, all of which are plant-based, but also culinary and ice cream products, as well as babas, maritozzi, cannoli and holiday-related products such as doves, panettone, zeppole and more. All 100% vegan and artisanal. A stop is definitely worth it.

Namura Sweets
We continue with this establishment with a well-kept interior that for the past few years has included vegan products in its classic production, such as its olive oil-based panettone, made with natural leavening, fine monococcus and type 1 spelt flours and candied fruit. As well as a range of sweet treats such as cakes, brioche, pastries, doves and chocolates, all 100% plant-based.

In the list of vegan bakeries in Milan, Fornovegano could not be missing, a name, a guarantee. Every day she bakes products without butter, milk, eggs and honey, but still rich in taste. Designed to give well-being and pleasure. Here you will find both sweet and savory offerings. From muffins to pies of many kinds (pineapple, chestnuts, chocolate and ginger, red turnip and raspberries, tofu and pistachios) to savory pies with zucchini, chard, basil and almonds, lemon and ginger, porcini mushrooms and parsley, chicory, green beans, potatoes, and much more.
