Visiting the Pinacoteca di Brera after sunset is an opportunity to rediscover the museum in an intimate and evocative atmosphere. Several special openings are scheduled through December 2026: visits take place from 7:20 p.m. to 11:20 p.m., with last admission at 10:00 p.m., and tickets cost just 3 euros.

During the same period, Milan’s calendar also features various Candlelight evenings spanning different atmospheres and repertoires: from Halloween Classics to Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, to tributes to Ludovico Einaudi and Vasco Rossi. Discover all the events in the guide to Candlelight concerts in Milan.

An evening among the masterpieces of Brera

Through December 2026, the Pinacoteca’s galleries welcome visitors during unusual hours, allowing them to calmly rediscover the works in the collection and enjoy an atmosphere different from that of daytime visits.

During your visit, you’ll also have the chance to explore “100 YEARS FOR BRERA: Donations and Acquisitions by the Friends,” an exhibition celebrating the centennial of the Friends of Brera Association. Paintings, sculptures, drawings, and documents illustrate how the association’s donations and acquisitions have enriched the museum over time. The exhibition also features works not normally on display and traces the history of the association from 1926 to the present. The exhibition runs through February 14, 2027.

Upcoming performances are scheduled for October 22 and 29, November 5, 12, 19, and 26, and December 3, 10, and 17, 2026.
