Sushi has now become an increasingly global culinary phenomenon, and all-you-can-eat restaurants even more so, making Oriental cuisine accessible to everyone. Japanese cuisine in general is so highly regarded that it was included in the World Heritage List in 2013. In Milan, there is an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant where you can drink unlimited prosecco on Tuesday evenings.
For sushi and wine lovers, this could be a dream come true. Rolls, uramaki, nigiri, and many other delicacies accompanied by unlimited refills of sparkling wine. Where are we? At K Kaiseki, in the Paolo Sarpi area, 5
K Kaiseki is a chain of all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants open in several cities, including Milan, Vicenza, Varese, Genoa, Castellanza, and other Italian cities.
How does the unlimited sushi and prosecco option work?

K Kaiseki is an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant and, as such, offers as much sushi as you want for a fixed price, like all respectable all-you-can-eat restaurants. Prices are in line with other restaurants in Milan. Lunch during the week costs €18, and on holidays €22 + €3 cover charge. Desserts, drinks, coffee, and other extra dishes are not included . Dinner from Monday to Sunday costs €33 + €3 cover charge, excluding the items listed above.
And what about prosecco? We’ll get to that too. Every Tuesday, there is an all-you-can-drink sparkling wine option. The evening has a different price, around €40 per person.
The restaurant is also worth mentioning for its atmosphere. Elegant and welcoming, with a charming veranda full of plants, perfect for outdoor dining.

Also worth mentioning is the option of aperisushi with DJ sets. From €11 to €13 or more (e.g., €18 if you choose a “special” drink), according to some experiences. They usually bring a dish of their own creation.
