This year in the city several were the restaurants, the clubs, bars, and bakeries that have opened to delight us and make even more diverse the gastronomic offer milanese. Let’s find out what were some new 2023 openings in Milan:
Table Of Contents
Dolzeto
Dolzeto is a Venetian pastry shop open in the Isola area that churns out only traditional Venetian pastries (and pandoro all year round). This is the third opening by Sandra Tasca, a Marostica entrepreneur who, after the success of Ciopa and Tàscaro, comes with Dolzeto. All 3 attached by the way. The trio of wonders. Venetian bacaro-style breads, pastries, and appetizers all on the same street.

Basho Eclectic House
Just before Christmas, a new sushi restaurant, a new Basho, chain of young entrepreneur Michele Giglio, arrived. A whole new, innovative way to enjoy sushi. Out of the ordinary. Elegant and exclusive. His dishes will amaze you. Try it to believe. Basho promises experiences more than just dinners.

Égalité
Among the new openings in Milan we have her, the well-known French boulangerie that this 2023 doubled by opening another store in Brera. Beloved in the city for its crisp, buttery croissants, its flaky baguettes. A symphony of flavors and harmonies.
Where: Piazza San Simpliciano, 7
The Miradors
In September 2023 Milan saw the arrival of two wonderful terraces suspended over the city. Of rooftops with pool where to enjoy an enchanting aperitif but also a memorable dinner with one of the most beautiful views. We are talking about I Mirador on the 7th and 8th floors of the 21 House of Stories hotel.

Neat Burger
New openings in Milan include the chain in which Leonardo di Caprio and Lewis Hamilton, among many others, are involved. All vegan and plant-based. The opening coincided with that of the Merlata Bloom, as it is located inside.

Octopus
We continue with a touch of blue on Melzo Street with Polpo. A dynamic and contemporary seafood restaurant in which fish is the protagonist. A seaside atmosphere welcomes you and takes you straight to some faraway place where you can eat good food, made with love and passion. A sincere, truthful place to be. Must try.
Where: via Melzo, 9
Pan
A Japanese ca fe with kitchen and wine bar in the Risorgimento area where you can have a quick lunch and brunch as well. A meeting point of multiple cultures where distant flavors can be enjoyed. If you haven’t discovered it yet go there.
Where: Via Leopoldo Cicognara, 19
Panfuwa
To stay in the somewhat exotic sphere if you will, new openings in Milan include Panfuwa. The place to taste the cute Japanese soufflé pancakes. Soft treats that look like clouds. We have been there. See here.
Where: Vetere Street, 7
Sincere Trattoria
As the name says, only real, sincere, authentic dishes. Of tradition. In this trattoria you will not find elaborate, contrived dishes, but neither will you find pastasciutta since it is not part of the Lombard tradition. Yellow rice, ossobuco, wine, cold cuts, all locally sourced.
Where: 154 Purple Street
June Collective
Two partners. From India, from Latvia, to open a bistro in Milan that is booming. It is a gathering place, a European-style bistro for excellent breakfast and lunch breaks. Few ingredients, at most 3 per dish. Great attention to the freshness of raw materials and seasonality without necessarily a specific territorial characterization. June Collective’s kitchen takes inspiration a bit from around the world, and it is unclassifiable. It is located inside what is called The Forge. A redeveloped, green urban place in the Certosa District. A neighborhood that is being reborn.
